Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced CVICU RN for a night shift assignment in Columbus, OH. Open heart surgery experience is required and a 13-week contract is offered.

Candidate must hold an active RN license (Ohio or Compact), current BLS/ACLS certifications, and pass Nursys verification within 30 days of start; local candidates within 60 miles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact)
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Open heart surgery experience required
• Nursys license verification within 30 days of start

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) unit
• 13-week contract assignment
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• May float to other units or care sites within the health system
• Provide critical care nursing to CVICU patients
• Agency staff may be down staffed or reassigned based on needs
• Accepts local candidates in Ohio
• Radius rule of 60 miles for consideration outside local candidacy
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration

• License verification through Nursys required, dated within 30 days of start

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) unit
• 13-week contract assignment
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• May float to other units or care sites within the health system to maintain contracted hours
• Provide critical care nursing to cardiovascular ICU patients
• Agency staff are not guaranteed hours and may be down staffed or reassigned based on operational needs
• Accepts local candidates in Ohio
• Radius rule of 60 miles applies for consideration outside of local candidacy
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration
