Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Endoscopy RN with an active California license for a day-shift assignment in the Modesto area. The role requires weekend call and weekday call shifts, with responsibilities centered in the Endoscopy/GI department.

Applicants must hold CA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and have at least two years of recent nursing experience. Travel staff are welcome with housing and licensure reimbursements; local candidates are paid at the local rate within a 50-mile

Qualifications

• CA RN license required
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Nursys license report uploaded within 2 weeks with valid CA license
• 2 supervisor references within past year
• 7-year work history verification required

Responsibilities

• Endoscopy department setting
• Day shift 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
• 1–2 weekday call shifts per week
• Weekend regular shift plus call every 8 weeks
• Direct nursing care for GI/Endoscopy patients
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius at local rate
• Returning staff/travelers require 1-year separation before return
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract, 1 holiday request allowed
• Holiday coverage for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
• Lab work due 3–5 days after contract signing
• All compliance documents due 10 days before start

• Nursys license report uploaded within the last 2 weeks with valid CA license
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year
• 7-year work history verification required for all candidates

Responsibilities

• Endoscopy department setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (6:45 AM-3:15 PM)
• Call requirement includes 1-2 weekday call shifts per week
• Rotates a weekend regular shift plus call every 8 weeks
• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing GI/Endoscopy procedures
• Local candidates accepted at local rate within a 50-mile radius
• Returning staff/travelers must have a 1-year separation before returning to this facility
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract
• Holiday coverage required for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Must complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
• All compliance documents due 10 days prior to start date
