American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Endoscopy position in Florida. The role requires GI/Endo experience and prior travel nursing background.

Responsibilities include 4x10hr day shifts, on-call including weekends, and strict travel-radius residency rules. EMR is Epic; orientation begins with an in-person badge session and documented readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (FL or Compact).
• Minimum 2 years of GI/Endoscopy experience required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing.
• Degree accreditation documentation must be included for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Endoscopy unit.
• 4x10hr day shifts, Monday through Friday, with a floating day off.
• Call required, including weekends.
• Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital when on call.
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float first, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of each other.
• EMR: Epic.
• Travelers are expected to function as core staff and fully integrate into unit culture.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of residency.
• Candidates securing full-time housing in the area are preferred over those commuting from a distance.
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of consideration, as RTO will not be approved afterward.
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including a required in-person visit for badge/ID before starting remote orientation.
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start, with no exceptions for pending documentation.
• Flexibility and a team-player attitude are highly valued in this environment.
