Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff on a 13-week StaffFlex contract, day shift 7a-7p with inpatient experience required.
• Collect and document patient health data systematically and timely.
• Assess patients and develop evidence-based care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Implement plan-of-care interventions safely and promptly.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate admission, discharge, transfer.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff to maintain professional relationships.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
