Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab travel assignment in Missouri. You will work in a 4-room EP Lab handling arrhythmia cases, Watchman/LAA closure, and complex cath procedures on a day-shift schedule.

Requirements include MO or compact licensure, BLS/ACLS, EP/cath lab experience (2+ years), scrubbing skills, and strong Epic charting experience. Travel housing and reimbursements offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri or compact at time of consideration.
• Must hold Kansas and Missouri licenses (or compact) due to floating needs.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years EP/cath lab experience with no more than 90 days employment gap in the past year.
• Scrub procedure experience required.
• EP lab skills including arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, Watchman, and LAA closure.
• Epic charting experience required.
• Two professional references from supervisor and charge RN within past year.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 4-room EP Lab setting.
• Perform EP lab and cardiac cath lab procedures including pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction, right heart cath, Watchman, and LAA closure.
• Day shift 5x8 hours, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• 1:1 patient ratio; no on-call requirements.
• Floating between departments, units, and facilities as needed.
• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity EP Lab environment.
• Scrubs provided by facility.
• First-time travelers accepted.
