Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks an Emergency Department RN for a community hospital in Illinois. Active IL license and 2-3 years ED experience required; BLS/ACLS/PALS certs mandatory, TNCC preferred. Cerner EMR experience is a plus. The role features 10-hour evening shifts (3p-3a) with no on-call and potential unit floating.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA only).
• TNCC certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of recent Emergency Department experience required.

• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required.

Responsibilities

• Treats adult and pediatric ED patients in a 27-bed community hospital setting.
• Evening shift schedule, 3p-3a with 10-hour shifts.
• No on-call requirements; floating within scope to other like units may be required.
• RTO requests must be submitted and included with candidate profile.
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility with no exceptions for local candidates.
