Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an ER Registered Nurse for a 12-bed emergency department in Indiana. Requires 1+ year ER experience and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Travel rate eligibility applies for residents outside a 50-mile radius, with reduced pay for 50–100 miles and no acceptance within 50 miles.

Night shifts are 3x12 hours (36 hours/week). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), housing allowance, and travel/licensure reimbursements. NIHSS/TNCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Active IN or compact RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of ER experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients in a 12-bed ER setting with diverse conditions.
• Provides emergency care for chest pain, SOB, abdominal pain, stroke-like symptoms, fractures, and trauma.
• Uses Cerner EMR for patient documentation.
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
• No on-call requirements and no floating.

• Acute care setting in a 12-bed Emergency Room
• Treats a wide variety of cases including chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, stroke‑like symptoms, fractures, and motor vehicle accidents
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• No on‑call requirements
• Floating not required
• Provide emergency care to patients presenting with a broad range of acute conditions
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility for travel rate eligibility, with reduced pay rate for those living 50-100 miles away
• Candidates residing within 50 miles will not be accepted
