Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an RN for an Emergency Department position in Georgia, requiring ACLS, NIHSS, and 18 months of recent ER experience.

The role features a night shift of 3x12s (36 hours/week) with no on-call duties. Housing assistance, travel and licensure reimbursements, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand.
• Current ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 18 months of ER experience within the past 3 years.
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Department setting in a hospital environment.
• Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours per week.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates not accepted.
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility.
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed.
