American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a CCU/ICU night shift position in Washington. The role requires current BLS/ACLS certification and at least 3 years of critical care hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Active WA state RN license or compact license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years critical care experience in a hospital setting.
• Compact license holders must provide verification of suicide prevention training and demographic data via Nursys e-Notify.
• Proof of right to work in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care in CCU/ICU.
• Night shift schedule from 1845-0715.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications via oral, subcutaneous, and IV routes and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Initiate patient education covering post-treatment care, diet, and medication management.
• Monitor hemodynamic and ICU equipment, including cardiac monitors and ventilators.
• Document patient care information accurately and timely.
