Job summary

The role requires an active RN or LSW license, BLS certification, and the ability to travel. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN or LSW license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• Must be able to travel via air and ground transportation.
• Ability to coordinate care across a continuum with quality and cost outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and procure services and resources for patients.
