Vibra Travels seeks an experienced Nurse Manager RN to lead nursing operations on travel assignments across the country. You will oversee unit operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and supervise staff under the Nurse Practice Act.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coordination with facilities, and the ability to manage selective assignments nationwide with travel requirements and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years as a Registered Nurse in a management or leadership role required.
• Current, valid, and active RN license required.
• Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall operations of the assigned nursing unit and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Direct care delivery, delegating and supervising all nursing care per Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with staff and other managers to develop systems and procedures for daily operations and provide training and support.
