Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an RN Case Manager with at least 4 years of RN experience and Epic charting experience for a day-shift acute hospital role in North Carolina.

The position focuses on case management, utilization review, and discharge planning, with a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule, no on-call, and a 5x8 hours orientation. Travel eligibility required; RTO rules apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact).
• BLS certification required; ACM or CCM certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of RN experience.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience as an RN.
• Recent acute hospital experience required.
• Epic charting system experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• First-time travelers will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual patient care needs.
• Support continuity of care and cost-effective outcomes through integration of case management, utilization review, and discharge planning functions.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to frequent change while maintaining compliance with regulatory and departmental guidelines.
