Job summary

American Traveler in Florida is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for an acute care hospital setting. This role supports adult and geriatric patients with a 1:25-30 case load, performing initial assessments and follow-ups.

The position features day shifts, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with one full weekend every 4 weeks, no on-call or holiday requirements. Candidates must hold an active Florida RN license and BLS, and have 2+ years of acute care case management experience with Epic proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active FL or Compact RN license required.
• BLS certification via AHA required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital case management and discharge planning experience within the past 24 months in a US hospital.
• Experience in a large 300+ bed facility preferred.
• Proficiency in Epic, CarePort, AllScripts, PowerChart, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Degree from an accredited school required, or from an institution approved by the Florida Board of Nursing with qualifying experience.
• Candidates from Operation Nightingale schools not accepted.
• Experience with 1:25 patient ratios required.
