Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Irving, TX. You will support patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures while collaborating with cardiology teams.

The role requires RN licensure in good standing, BLS and ACLS, with experience in cath lab settings. Travel demands and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification.
• Preferred: PALS or ENPC Certifications.
• Preferred: RCIS certification.
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients prior to procedures including history and physical.
• Position patients and place EKG leads for procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures with catheters and devices.
• Monitor hemodynamic equipment and rhythms.
• Post-procedure care and patient recovery monitoring.
• Maintain cath lab equipment and supplies.
