Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients, and ensuring patient safety while operating imaging and monitoring equipment.

The ideal candidate has one year of Cath Lab experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES, BLS and ACLS certifications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
Scrub in and maintain sterile field; ensure infection control and procedural protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation and equipment logs; support inventory and supplies.
