Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab role in Manchester, NH. The position requires critical care expertise, Impella/IABP experience, and the ability to titrate drips independently.
Shift is 7:30 AM–5:00 PM with 24-hour on-call coverage; 13-week assignment with 2 openings. Strong EMR proficiency (Sunrise/Allscripts, Mac Lab) and no floating.
Qualifications
- Active RN license NH or Compact required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
- Impella and IABP experience required
- Experience independently titrating drips required
- No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required (two for Florida and Missouri candidates)

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring critical care background, Impella/IABP experience, and independent drip titration skills.
- Work in a busy Cardiac Cath Lab with 3 labs, an in-patient holding area, and a radial lounge for out-patients
- Cath Lab hours are 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Monday-Friday with 24-hour on-call coverage
- Uses specialized equipment including OCT, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, IABP, pacers, Rota, CSI, Opsens, Cath Works, and Penumbra
- EMR systems used include Sunrise/Allscripts and Mac Lab
- Performs procedures such as left and right heart caths, TAVR, TMVR, ASD/PFO closures, stents/angioplasty, atherectomy, mechanical thrombectomy, IABP, Impella, Mitral Clip, temp wires, pressure wires, VSD, and CardioMEMS
- No floating required
- Self-scheduled call approximately one weekday and one weekend per month, with call hours from 4:30 PM–7:30 AM and weekend call from Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 7:30 AM
- Active RN license (NH or Compact) required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required

- Impella and IABP experience required
- Experience independently titrating drips required

- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

- Ceil blue scrubs provided by the hospital
- Team includes 7 Cath Lab techs and 13 RNs, plus 5 RNs and 1 LNA in the Radial Lounge
- Ideal candidates are efficient, easygoing, and have a good sense of humor
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
