Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (KY or compact) required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, NIHSS, and Annual Dysrhythmia Competency Validation required per department compliance.
• ADN or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• No prior nursing experience required, though previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cath lab nursing care in a Cardiac Cath Lab unit with caths, angioplasty, interventions, ablations, device procedures, TEEs, and cardioversions.
• Be part of a cardiac service line including EP Lab and CV Observation units.
• Full-time schedule with 4x10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Deliver whole-person, evidence-based nursing care within the cardiac cath lab setting.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care coordination, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and delegate tasks to support patient care.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities and core measure initiatives.
• Candidates must reside within 75 miles of the facility; local candidates accepted at a lower rate.
