Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab/EP RN for a 13-week assignment in Fort Worth, TX. Requires an active TX or compact RN license and at least 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab/EP experience. BLS is required; certifications must not expire within 30 days of start.

MACLAB/Cardiolab experience preferred. Staff will work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) in a 5-room cath lab, in teams of 3–4, using Merge and MACLAB EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab/EP experience.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start.
• Experience with MACLAB and Cardiolab preferred.
• Prior EP lab experience preferred.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Electrophysiology unit within a 5-room cardiac cath lab area.
• 12-hour day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM on cath lab schedule.
• Staff in 3-4 person teams.
• Use Merge and MACLAB EMR systems.
• No on-call requirements for EP staff.
• Perform PFA, SVT, and PVC cases.
• Join a team of about 25 staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Display outgoing personality and willingness to work.
• Unit policies and guidelines provided on start.
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius; local candidates not accepted.
• Provide one professional reference.

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start
• Experience with MACLAB and Cardiolab preferred
• Prior EP lab experience preferred

• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
