Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The role delivers individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborates with physicians and a wide healthcare team. 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, and a 36-hour work week are offered.

Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site. You will be paid weekly, and eligible for Sanford benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license required or multi-state licensure in NLC state.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage and follow-up as patients move through care.
