Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. Each contract runs for 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site.

The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with physicians and a broader care team. Responsibilities include patient education, triage and coordinated care across continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Compact multistate licensure accepted where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team to plan and evaluate care.
• Conduct patient education, triage, and care coordination across all care phases.
