Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a key member of the travel staffing program at Solutions By Sanford, supporting patient care at the Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. Shifts are 12 hours with rotating schedules and a 36-hour work week, with weekly pay and a stipend included in the rate.

Contracts run 14 weeks, with options to extend or transfer to another Sanford site. The role emphasizes nursing process, collaboration with physicians, and comprehensive patient care across prevention, treatment

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process; assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
Coordinate patient care, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
Practice within the scope and standards of nursing and adhere to applicable regulations.
