Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr, Fargo, ND. The role involves providing patient-centered care across the nursing process, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, and coordinating education and follow-up for diverse patient populations.

Contracts are 14 weeks with possible extension or relocation to another Sanford site. Weekly pay includes stipends and Sanford benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA considerations. Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure under NLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Ensure practice aligns with state licensure and ethics standards.
