Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The RN will work a 12-hour rotating shift with 36 hours weekly and provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient care continuum.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, collaborating with physicians and the health care team, and maintaining standards of practice and licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Clinical nursing competencies and patient care skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, education, triage, and interventions.
