Job summary

Solutions by Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments, based in Fargo, ND. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, collaboration with the healthcare team, and adherence to nursing standards.

Contracts are 14 weeks with potential extensions to other Sanford sites. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license (state or multi-state), and prior nursing experience (minimum one year) with travel exposure

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and care across all phases of care.
