Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for its Internal Travel Program in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ. Travelers earn up to $2,943 weekly with 13-week assignments and potential extensions.

Perks include medical/dental/vision/PTO, shift/weekend differentials, self-scheduling, and eligibility for sign-on bonuses upon converting to Core Staff. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per ANA standards, creating and updating care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Travelers: minimum 13 weeks full-time assignments.
• 2 years RN experience.
• Arizona RN licensure or eligible for compact state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications as required by specialty.
• National certification for unit-specific patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and ethics.
• Record patient histories and symptoms; assist diagnostics and treatments.
• Develop and revise patient care plans; administer medications and therapies.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and mentor staff.

Education

BSN preferred

ADN or Diploma with BSN within 60 months
