HonorHealth seeks an RN traveler for Med/Surg Tele in Phoenix, AZ. This 13-week assignment offers weekly pay up to $2,943, with potential extensions. The program includes medical/dental/vision and PTO, with shift/weekend differentials and self-scheduling.

Eligible for sign-on if converting to core staff. Responsibilities include providing evidence-based nursing care, administering medications and IV therapies, and collaborating with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Formación

• 2+ years RN experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Arizona RN license (or compact state license)
• BSN preferred or RN must complete BSN within 60 months

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside nursing care per ANA standards and code of ethics
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
• Document accurately and maintain patient safety and privacy
• Precept and mentor less experienced staff where applicable
