HonorHealth is hiring traveling Registered Nurses for 13-week assignment blocks with potential extensions. Earn up to $2,943 weekly plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and PTO. Self-scheduling, shift and weekend differentials, and eligibility for sign-on bonuses after converting to core staff are offered.

Strong nursing skills and Arizona RN licensure required. Expect a supportive, patient-centered team in a large nonprofit health system with a long-standing commitment

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; complete BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience at hire.
• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• NLN/CCNE accredited program graduates welcomed.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Arizona RN licensure upon hire; national unit certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and therapies with accurate dosages and interactions checked.
• Develop, implement and revise patient care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team for patient management.
• Record patient histories, monitor progress and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide patient and family education on post-discharge care and home treatment.
