Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents during day shifts (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
Assess residents' health status, administer medications, and document care accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and elevate concerns
Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations
Valid registered nurse license in Iowa
CPR, ACLS, and BLS certifications
Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
Ability to work day shifts (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
Excellent communication skills
