Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display merchandise across multiple retail locations. The role requires traveling within a designated region, communicating with store teams, and reporting results using a mobile app.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a designated region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English (spoken and written) for customer/coworker interactions.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time; report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
