Job summary

L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas in Miami is seeking a Retail Design Project Manager to manage and roll-out shop fittings for a selection of more than 19 brands across the Americas zone. You will report to a Retail Design Group Manager and collaborate with retailers and commercial teams.

The role emphasizes brand identity, international coordination, and execution of flagship projects, with a focus on sustainable eco-design and continuous improvement in TR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Design is required.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills with international exposure.
• Ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent brand identity, adapting guidelines to airport environments.
• Roll out standardized models validated by Hub Retail Design teams with local specifics for the Americas.
• Contribute to flagship Drive projects and drive targeted retail outcomes.
• Develop new brand pilot projects for Aesop, Miu Miu, etc.
• Oversee project lists and budgets, including PO creation in internal systems.
• Quality control of production in workshop and in-store before implementation.
