You will collaborate with Area Managers and Market Directors to deliver strong retail plans and stakeholder alignment. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office and at-home days.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sell-in/sell-out, market share, brand performance, stock and promotions.
• Cross-reference data from sales force, market studies and marketing for comprehensive insights.
• Combine internal and external data to analyze market trends and performance.
• Provide insights and clear recommendations to build commercial plans with AM/Market Director.
• Communicate orders process for novelties, assortment, pricing and promotions with key accounts.
