Shiseido in Miami, FL is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Travel Retail across the Americas. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and execute brand strategies with retailers to achieve annual targets.

You'll lead Retail Managers, develop promotions, forecast performance, and analyze market data to optimize store execution. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication are essential; travel 40-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-6 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record.
• Cosmetics/beauty or Travel Retail experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development & account management to expand market share in the Americas.
• Manage client P&L, forecasts, and promotional planning with retailers.
• Negotiate terms, margins, and brand placement with retailers.
• Lead Retail Managers and ensure strong execution at point of sale.
• Prepare client reporting and share market insights with stakeholders.
