American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of critical care RT experience and Epic proficiency.

Responsibilities include working in a Respiratory Care unit on nights (18:00–06:30) with EOW/EOH coverage, potential local float within 40 miles, and use of Epic EMR to deliver high‑quality respiratory therapy in a critical care setting. Travel experience is a must, and first‑time travelers may be considered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience including critical care.
• Travel experience required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP (AHA/AAP).
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days before start.

Responsabilités

• Respiratory Care unit setting.
• Night shift 18:00-06:30.
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) coverage required.
• May need to float onsite within 40 miles if needed.
• Provides respiratory therapy services within a critical care setting.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
• Discuss extension with manager 45 days before assignment end date.
• Local candidates accepted, though radius rule may affect pay rate.

• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment
• License required if applicable

• Night shift hours from 18:00-06:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) coverage required
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Uses Epic EMR
• Provide respiratory therapy services within a critical care setting
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager 45 days before assignment end date
• Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply affecting pay rate
