Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week night shift travel assignment in the United States. The role requires 2+ years of experience and proficiency with EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities include working in an acute care respiratory therapy unit, 7p–7a, 4x12s, totaling 48 hours weekly with every other weekend including Sundays. Travel experience is preferred; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Qualifications

• RRT credential via NBRC is required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
• EPIC EMR experience is required.
• License may be required where applicable.
• Flu vaccination is required with no exemptions accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy in an acute care unit.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and orders.
• Work night shift: 7p–7a, 4x12s.
• Work 48 hours per week.
• Every other weekend coverage, including Sundays.
• No blocked schedules; travel experience preferred and first-time travelers will not be considered.
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Minimal RTO requests; none in the first two weeks of assignment.
• Must be able to start on the orientation date.
• 8 hours of orientation are provided.
