American Traveler, LLC. invites qualified Respiratory Therapists to join a 13-week night shift assignment in Indiana. The role requires 18 months of RT experience and proficiency with Cerner charting.

The position supports hospital-wide coverage with 4x12 hour nights from 19:00 to 07:30 and opportunities for travel to affiliate hospitals. Local candidates are favored, and travelers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active IN or Compact RT license required.
• Current AHA or RQI certification required and must be current.
• Minimum 18 months of experience required.
• Cerner charting experience required.
• 2 supervisor references required.

Responsibilities

• Night shift, 4x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:30.
• Floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby is required.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Local candidates residing in Indiana are considered local.
• Past IU Health perm or PRN employees must wait 12 months before applying as a traveler.
• Travelers who have accrued 12 months of travel employment within IU Health must take a designated break to reset eligibility: 3 months for out-of-state residents and 6 months for in-state residents.
• RTO requests of 5 days or less are auto-approved.
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
