American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for an acute care travel assignment on the night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role supports a 154-bed hospital with orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, and other services.

Requirements include an RRT credential, an associate’s degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, 1-2 years of experience, AHA certifications, and a license if applicable. Candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility for travel rates and cannot have

Responsibilities

• 154-bed acute care hospital offering orthopedics, spine services, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, ED, and behavioral health services
• Respiratory Therapy department, serving all patient populations
• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 3x12 schedule with every other weekend required
• Floating required throughout the hospital
• Joint Commission Accredited facility with a Chest Pain Center
• Team player mentality valued in this role
• Teal scrubs required
• Facial piercings and unconventional hair colors not permitted
• Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered for travel assignment rates
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time during the assignment
