Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) for a night-shift hospital assignment in Louisiana with NICU/critical care experience preferred.

Requirements include Louisiana license or compact, CRT/RRT certification, BLS/ACLS, ARDS/ECMO exposure, and vent management. The role includes 4x12h nights, 18:30–07:00, and in-hospital transports; Epic charting experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• CRT/RRT certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP certification required for NICU assignments
• PALS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Night shift, 4x12 hour shifts from 18:30 to 7:00
• Open to a 36/48 rotating schedule
• Every other weekend, including 2 Fridays in a 4-week schedule
• In-hospital patient transports
• Provide respiratory therapy across Adult Critical Care, ED, and NICU
• Assist with intubation, extubation, and ventilator weaning
