Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead for our Fixture Installation Travel Remodel Team. You will supervise a crew of Fixture Installers on large-scale retail remodels for major retailers, coordinating daily activities and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

This role offers 100% weekly travel across the region, company-paid hotels and airfare, per diem, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
• Experience leading teams in retail remodels or fixture installation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read project plans and store layouts
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Comfort coaching team members in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with smartphone-based reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Fixture Installers during large-scale remodels
• Coordinate daily activities to meet safety, schedule, and quality targets
• Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle fixtures and displays
• Review plans and merchandising specs with the team
• Train and mentor crew to maintain productivity and quality
• Serve as primary liaison between store management and field teams
• Identify and resolve project challenges while preserving a positive environment
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and client requirements
• Operate hand/power tools, forklifts, and lifts as needed
• Complete project documentation and communication using company tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as directed by management
