Signature Retail Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead for our Travel Remodel Team.

You will oversee a crew of Fixture Installers on large-scale retail remodels, coordinating project execution while traveling regionally. This on-the-road role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read plans, install fixtures, and maintain safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail remodels or fixture installation.
• Ability to read project plans and store layouts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license.
• Physically active role with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Fixture Installers during large-scale remodels.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure safety, accuracy and schedule.
• Install and relocate steel fixtures, shelving, and displays.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members.
• Serve as primary contact between store management and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Complete project documentation using company tech.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
