Job summary

Signature Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead for our Fixture Installation travel team. You will oversee a crew of Fixture Installers on large-scale remodels for major retailers, coordinating daily activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on tool experience, and the ability to manage multiple sites while traveling regionally. We offer W-2 employment, competitive pay, benefits, and per diem to support overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
• Experience leading teams in retail remodels, fixture installation, construction, or related environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read project plans, store layouts, and merchandising instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools
• Comfortable training and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use smartphones/tablets and web-based reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Fixture Installers during large-scale retail remodels and store transformations
• Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays
• Review project plans with team members and ensure adherence to specifications
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Serve as the primary contact between store management, project leadership, and field teams
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and client requirements
• Operate hand/power tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
• Complete project documentation and reporting using company tech
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment
