Signature Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead for our Fixture Installation division. This travel-focused leadership role oversees a crew of Fixture Installers on large-scale remodels for national retailers, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Fixture Installers during large-scale retail remodels and store transformations
• Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displays
• Review project plans, store layouts, and merchandising specifications with team members
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact between store management, project leadership, and field teams
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and client requirements
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)
• Complete project documentation, reporting, and communication using company-provided technology
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• All other job-related instructions and tasks as directed by management
