Signature Retail Services seeks a Full-Time Team Lead for its Travel Remodel Team. You will oversee Fixture Installers across nationwide remodels, coordinating safety, quality, and schedules while traveling regionally, including overnight stays.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on installation of fixtures, shelving, and displays with tool proficiency and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience leading teams in retail remodels or fixture installation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read project plans and store layouts.
• Comfortable with overnight travel and fast-paced remodels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Fixture Installers on large-scale remodels.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule.
• Install and relocate steel fixtures, shelving, and displays.
• Review plans and merchandising specs with the team.
• Train and mentor crew while maintaining productivity.
• Serve as primary liaison between store management and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and client requirements.
• Maintain organized, safe work environment.
• Complete project documentation and reporting.
