Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments, monitor vital signs, and escalate changes promptly.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to update care plans and communicate updates to residents and families.
• Ensure safety, infection control, toileting and ADL assistance, fall prevention, and continuity of care during shifts.

Registered Nurse | Skilled Nursing Facility travel assignment in Bloomfield, Nebraska, United States. Start date 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,582 to $1,665 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12). This assignment is in a post-acute skilled nursing setting serving geriatric residents. You will work on-site in a long-term care environment with a 58-bed unit, operating with standard LTC protocols.
