Healthforce seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Bloomfield, Nebraska skilled nursing facility. Expect 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour weekly guarantee, starting on 11/02/2026, in a geriatric long-term care setting using PCC for charting.

Housing assistance and dedicated travel support are available. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, document in PCC, and collaborate with the team to update care plans

Formación

• Active LPN license eligible to practice in Nebraska.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• Proficiency with PCC or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care unit.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to the care team promptly.
• Document care activities in PCC EMR accurately and timely.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility while promoting safety.
