Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor and Delivery in Key West, FL. This travel assignment covers antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal care with 13 weeks duration. The position includes nights (7p-7a) and onsite work, starting ASAP.

Candidates must have 2+ years of travel experience and relevant L&D/postpartum/nursery exposure. ACLS, BLS, NRP are required; PALS can be arranged within 30 days of start. Housing logistics should be reviewed prior to acceptance.

Qualifications

• L&D postpartum, nursery, Mother/Baby exposure preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP required; PALS may be procured within 30 days.

RN-Registered Nurse // Labor and Delivery $1,848 weekly stipends $14 - $15/hour $504.0 - $540 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 10/05/2026 13 weeks

Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

Requirements: 2+yrs prior travel, L&D postpartum, nursery, Mother/Baby. Flexible to float to other units as facility needs apply. ACLS, BLS, NRP. *PALS required as well, but can be procured within 30 days of start if needed.
AWHONN preferred, can be completed onsite.

The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing during the antepartum, intrapatum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phase of Obstetrical care to Labor and Delivery patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
