Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Georgia-based travel team serving correctional facilities. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Georgia RN license or ability to obtain, at least two years of RN experience, CPR/BLS, willingness to travel statewide, and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN license or ability to obtain license.
• At least two years of RN experience.
• Must live 50 miles or more from facility.
• Open availability to travel throughout Georgia per contract needs.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Corrections experience not required, but preferred.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within scope to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
