Responsibilities

• Manage the call back queue for patient lab results, providing timely callbacks and updates
• Provide clarification and relay messages from providers to patients
• Serve as a communication liaison, bringing patient questions back to the provider
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to address backlogs and patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate documentation of communications and patient information in the system
• This role is non-bedside and does not involve direct patient care
