Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients across units as needed.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, perform regular assessments, and document findings in EPIC EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team; communicate changes in patient condition promptly.
• Float to all med-surg areas as assigned; assist with admissions, discharges, and routine procedures.
• Adhere to patient safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements; educate patients and families as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, ensure timely treatments, and support care coordination and discharge planning.

• No requested time off during the assignment (no RTO)
• Certification card on file as part of profile
