Healthforce is seeking Registered Nurse for a 11-week travel assignment in West Chester, PA, on a 7:00 PM–7:30 AM 3x12 night schedule. The role focuses on a high-acuity Progressive Care Unit with 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratios and orientation planned for 11/11/26.

The ideal candidate holds a Pennsylvania RN license or Compact license, is BSN-educated, and has BLS/CPR and ACLS credentials with at least 2 years of experience. Guaranteed hours and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact RN license.
• BSN required.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Orientation on 11/11/26 required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity PCU environment; weekend coverage as defined.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-acuity PCU patients in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Monitor vital signs, interpret assessments, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies and critical drips, including insulin drips; support respiratory care as needed (BiPAP, etc.).
• Care for a diverse patient population including post-catheterization, post-MI, post-stent placement, post-TAVR, Watchman procedures, and stable post-open-heart patients; manage lines and transvenous pacemakers as applicable
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, pharmacists, and respiratory therapists; assist with admissions, transfers, downgrades, and discharge planning
• Document accurately, ensure patient safety, and adapt care plans to changing patient status and turnover

Weekly pay ranges from $2,180 to $2,198 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is a 3x12 night schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM).
