HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery in Ukiah, CA. The role covers obstetric and neonatal care with a Level II NICU experience requirement and postpartum care preference. This is a 10-week travel assignment with 3x12-hour night shifts.

Start date is 11/02/2026; weekly pay is $2,628–$2,699, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Scrubs provided if needed and travel support available.

Qualifications

Weekly pay: $2,628-$2,699 per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric and neonatal patients according to established standards and the nursing process; supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
• Collect relevant data, assess and analyze health status, develop and implement a care plan, and evaluate progress toward outcomes; adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide safe, healing, and patient-centered care; participate in discharge planning for continuity of care
• Provide health information and education to patients and families; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team
• Maintain documentation, promote safety and infection control, and support learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members

Requirements

• California RN license (active) in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in obstetric/L&D or related acute care; Level II NICU experience required; labor and postpartum experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
